2021 Golfer Of The Year (GOTY)

Points are awarded at each outing for net scoring and for execution contest winners. There may be times when gross scoring is awarded. The GOTY will be determined after the last tournament in November. The 7 hackers that finish with the most points will receive cash.

Stuff to be aware of:

Hackers can get points in a team event unless announced otherwise beforehand.

1st place in each flight will get 10 points, 2nd 9 points, 3rd 8 points, 4th 7 points, 5th 6 points, etc. All players at an outing will receive at least 2 points for their participation. Execution contest winners will also receive 2 points.

The fund for GOTY will only come from the $1 extra chance drawing money after the first $2 per outing is allocated towards lottery tickets. Only hackers playing a tournament at each outing share equally in any lottery winnings over $100 for that outing. Any lottery winnings of less than $100 will go into the GOTY kitty.

Every effort will be made to pay as close as possible to 22% for first, 20% for second, 18% for third, 13% for fourth, 10% for fifth, 9% for sixth and 8% for seventh. There is no tie breaker. In case of ties...tying hackers just split the money...or arm wrestle.
