OUR 2014 ROAD TRIP THROUGH 10 WESTERN STATES
The Day 20 rafting adventure down the Animas River was followed by a bus ride to Silverton. After some sightseeing, we caught the train to Durango. Silverton has one paved road and plenty of shops and restaurants.
The train ride through the Upper Animas River offered some magnificent views! There were Reindeer, Glacier golf course, lovely ladies rafting, etc. Here's a couple of videos: VIDEO 1 VIDEO 2
We end the evening with dinner at the Steamworks in Durango for the seafood feast...Delicious!
